Ingredients

-16 oz pasta of choice, I used cavatappi
▢

persian cucumbers
▢

oz
bag mini peppers
▢
½ red onion
▢

can
corn, drained (15 oz)
▢

can
chickpeas, drained (15 oz)

havarti cheese, cut into cubes
▢
½ cup green olives
▢
¼ cup fresh basil
▢

-10 oz Wishbone Italian Dressing
Directions
Cook the pasta as instructed on package. Drain and set aside
Dice the cucumbers, peppers, onion, olives and basil
Add the pasta to a large salad bowl then add in all of the veggies and cheese
Mix together with the dressing until evenly incorporated. Adjust dressing if desired.
Serve cold or at room temperature. Keep refrigerated for up to 6 days
