Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, fresh or frozen

non-dairy milk

2 shots of espresso, or 1 cup strongly brewed coffee (see modification above)

2 large medjool dates, pits removed. If using smaller dates, use 4

Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Divide among two cups and top with your toppings of choice
