Ingredients

canned tuna in water (2 cans)

cup
whole wheat breadcrumbs (sub gluten-free if needed)

eggs

fresh lemon juice

sriracha

lemon zest

garlic powder

Garlic Mint Yogurt Dip
▢

Greek yogurt, I used non-fat
▢

tbsp
chopped mint leaves

garlic powder

Juice from 1/2 a lemon
▢

Directions
Drain your tuna and toss into a medium bowl. Mash with a fork to break up the chunks.
Toss in the eggs, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, zest, spices and sriracha and mix together.
Heat a pan on medium heat. Grease with cooking spray.
Form 4 palm sized patties and cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip for additional 1-2 minutes.
For the yogurt dip, whisk all ingredients in a small bowl and serve on top of the patties.
You can store the leftovers in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze them cooked for up to a month.
