Add the herbs, pistachios, olive oil, lemon juice, zest, honey and pinch of salt to a food processor or blender. Blend together to form a thick, herby paste
Place the salmon on a sheet-pan or baking dish- I like to place it over sliced oranges for a pop of color. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then spread the pistachio herb marinade over the top
Bake for about 18-20 minutes, depending on the size and thickness of the fish, until the fish flakes easily with a fork
