Ingredients

3 salmon fillets, between 5-6 oz

tbsp
dijon mustard or stone ground mustard

tbsp
olive oil
▢

clove
of garlic, crushed
▢

tbsp
lemon juice
▢

tsp
honey
▢
1/4
cup
crushed pistachios, roasted and salted

Directions
Preheat your oven to 375.
Pat each salmon fillet dry, and season each one generously with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, lemon, garlic, olive oil and honey.
Brush each salmon fillet with the mustard mixture, and then top with the crushed pistachios. Gently press them down so that they stick.
Bake the fish for 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness. If you're baking a larger uncut piece, time may range up to 18 minutes.
Serve fresh with your favorite sides!
