Ingredients

brussels sprouts

cup
panko crumbs or breadcrumbs

grated parmesan, plus more to top
▢

cloves
crushed garlic

olive oil

Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 F
Cut off the ends of the brussels sprouts and slice them in half
Toss them in a bowl with the olive oil, garlic, panko, parmesan and salt u0026 pepper
Transfer to a greased sheet pan without parchment, and roast for 25-30 minutes. Flip the brussels sprouts and roast for another 10-15 minutes.
Garnish with extra grated parmesan and enjoy!
