1 1/4cupbreadcrumbs, regular or gluten-free if needed. I blended 1 1/2 cups of these grain-free crackers into crumbs
1/3cupgrated parmesan
1tspgarlic powder
1tspdry basil
1/2tspsalt
1/2tsppepper
Cooking spray, I use olive oil spray
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 F
Combine the crumbs, parmesan and spices in a bowl.
Pour the melted butter into a large bowl, and toss in the cauliflower florets. Mix well to make sure they're all coated.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Dip each buttered cauliflower floret into the crumb mixture and layer onto the baking sheet. Repeat with remaining cauliflower.
Drizzle any leftover melted butter from the bowl over the cauliflower florets, or spray them lightly with cooking spray.
Bake for 30 minutes, flip and bake for additional 10 minutes.
Serve fresh with your favorite marinara or tomato sauce!
