One-pan Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 1 package of dumplings of choice 16 oz. I used vegetable gyoza
  • 1 can of full-fat coconut milk 15 oz
  • 2 tbsp Thai red curry paste
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings

  • Chili crunch
  • Cilantro
  • Scallions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F
  2. Add all of the sauce ingredients to a large baking dish or oven-safe pan. Mix together using a whisk until evenly incorporated. Taste and adjust salt as needed.
  3. Place the frozen dumplings into the sauce. Cover the pan and bake for 20 minutes, then bake uncovered for another 5 minutes.
  4. Once the dumplings have softened, top with a drizzle of chili oil, chopped scallions, cilantro and sesame seeds.
