Ingredients

bananas (1 cup mashed)

oat flour

almond flour

coconut sugar

olive oil

eggs

vanilla extract

baking soda

chocolate chips

Optional: 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Flakey sea salt, to top
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 F
In a large bowl, mash the banana well and whisk in the eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla until smooth.
Add in the oat flour, almond flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon if using and whisk until well combined.
Pour the batter into a parchment lined 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 baking dish. Top with the chocolate chips
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the edges are brown and the top is firm to touch.
Let cool completely and slice into 16 smaller squares or 12 larger ones. Sprinkle flakey sea salt on top if desired
Store in air tight container on counter for 3 days, refrigerate for 1 week or freeze for 3 months
