Mash the chickpeas well in a bowl. It's ok to leave some in pieces. Mix in the remaining ingredients and stir together until well combined
Prepare the tahini sauce by whisking all of the ingredients together well. Start with 1/4 cup of water and add more as needed to create a smooth, thick sauce.
Assemble your wraps by spreading harissa and tahini sauce in the center, then layer the lettuce, chickpea salad, and feta cheese. Roll tightly and enjoy!
