Ingredients

1.5 lbs salmon fillet
▢
Salt & pepper
Maple Dijon Glaze
▢

tbsp
dijon mustard
▢

tbsp
pure maple syrup
▢

clove
of garlic, crushed
▢

olive oil
▢
1/4

salt

Handful of fresh herbs, chopped- I used parsley and cilantro

Directions
Preheat your oven to 375 F
Place your salmon on a parchment lined baking sheet and pat it dry. Season with salt and pepper
In a small bowl, mix together the dijon, maple, olive oil, herbs, salt and garlic. Pour it over the salmon
Bake for about 15-18 minutes. Timing will depend on the thickness of the salmon. The salmon should flake easily with a fork when ready
Top with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice when serving
