Maple Dijon Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs salmon fillet
  • Salt & pepper

Maple Dijon Glaze

  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Handful of fresh herbs, chopped- I used parsley and cilantro

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 F
  2. Place your salmon on a parchment lined baking sheet and pat it dry. Season with salt and pepper
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the dijon, maple, olive oil, herbs, salt and garlic. Pour it over the salmon
  4. Bake for about 15-18 minutes. Timing will depend on the thickness of the salmon. The salmon should flake easily with a fork when ready
  5. Top with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice when serving
