Thaw your artichoke hearts and squeeze out any excess liquid.
Toss them in a bowl with the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parmesan and spices until they're evenly coated
Spray your air-fryer rack with cooking spray and transfer the artichokes to the rack
Air fry on 425 F for 15 minutes.
If roasting in the oven, roast on 425 F for 25-30 minutes, until crisp. You can roast them on a parchment lined baking sheet, or on a cool rack placed over a baking sheet.
