Remove the skin from the salmon and slice it into 1” cubes. Add the cubes to a large bowl and drizzle with about 2 tbsp olive oil. Add in all of the spices and toss together to coat the salmon
Transfer the salmon cubes to a parchment lined sheet pan, making sure they don’t overlap
Bake the salmon for about 8-10 minutes, then set it under the broiler for 2 more minutes
Once ready, top with lime zest, fresh lime juice and a generous drizzle of hot honey. Serve over rice with your favorite veggie side.
