Pat the salmon fillets dry and add them to a parchment lined baking sheet. I pre-roasted sliced sweet potato and carrots for 20 minutes and added the salmon to the same sheet pan.
Season the salmon with the salt, pepper and za'atar.
Zest about 1/2 a lemon over the salmon fillets, then drizzle the fillets with honey and then with the olive oil.
Bake the salmon for 8 minutes, then broil for 2 minutes. Timing will vary depending on the size and thickness of the salmon.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fish once its ready and serve with your favorite sides!
