In a small bowl combine the mustard and honey and whisk until smooth. Brush the mix over the salmon, then rub the top with the spices.
In a small bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, chopped parsley, olive oil, and a light pinch of salt, pepper and paprika.
Sprinkle the crumb mix over the seasoned salmon and press it down gently. Lightly drizzle with more olive oil
Bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes, depending on the size and thickness. If you're using individual fillets, baking time may be around 10-12 minutes.
Once ready, finish off with fresh squeezed lemon juice.
