Pat your salmon dry, place it onto a deep baking dish or sheet pan and season with salt u0026 pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together all of the glaze ingredients, using only 1 tsp of tapioca flour. You'll add the last tsp before broiling.
Pour the sauce over the salmon, then drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes if using individual fillets, and about 18-22 minutes for a larger piece of salmon. .
Remove from oven and whisk the last tsp of tapioca flour into the sides of the baking dish directly into the sauce. This will help thicken the sauce while it broils. Spoon some of the sauce onto the salmon
Set your oven to broil, and place the salmon back in for 3-4 minutes. Once finished, spoon the sauce over the salmon and serve fresh with your choice of sides.
