Ingredients

block extra firm tofu
▢
Olive oil, about 2 tbsp

tbsp
coconut aminos, or sub 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

tbsp
salt-free bouillon seasoning, or sub 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

tapioca flour

garlic powder

smoked paprika

Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 F. Skip this step if you're using your air-fryer
Drain the tofu and pat it dry. Cube it into 1u0022 squares and add it to a bowl
Toss the tofu with the coconut aminos, seasonings and tapioca flour making sure everything is fully coated
Transfer the tofu to a parchment lined sheet-pan or an air fryer rack
Air-fry for 25-28 minutes until crisp, or bake for 35-45 minutes, flipping halfway
Serve over a rice bowl, in a wrap or in a salad. Keep leftovers refrigerated for up to 5 days.
