Pat the salmon fillet dry and season generously with salt u0026 pepper.
In a small bowl, combine all of the citrus herb ingredients to form a paste. Rub it evenly over the salmon to coat the top.
Slice half of the orange and the blood orange into thin slices and layer them over the salmon. You can layer any extra slices underneath the fish for additional garnish.
Bake for about 18-20 minutes, depending on the size and thickness of your fish.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and lemon juice and enjoy!
