Top with: vanilla greek yogurt, chopped strawberries
Directions
Add the oats, chia seeds, pinch of salt and cocoa powder to a container and stir together.
Pour in the milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract and whisk together until smooth. The cocoa powder may clump and separate, so be sure to break it up using a whisk or fork.
Cover the container and refrigerate the mix overnight, or for at least 6-8 hours. Once chilled, whisk the mixture again to break up any clumps.
Serve cold with greek yogurt and chopped strawberries.
The oats will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days.
