Ingredients

large bananas, cut in half

semi-sweet chocolate chips

coconut oil

popsicle sticks
Toppings

crushed walnuts

Other ideas: shredded coconut, crushed cookies, granola
Directions
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in 30 second increments until smooth. Stir after every 30 seconds.
Stick a popsicle mold 3/4 way into each banana
Dip each banana into the chocolate, using a spoon to help you coat. You can coat them 3/4 of the way up, or fully!
Sprinkle your desired toppings on each and lay flat onto a plate lined with parchment paper.
Place in freezer to set for 20 minutes, and enjoy!
Store them in an freezer safe container for up to a month.
