Pull apart the medjool dates from the top, keeping them attached at the bottom. Take out the pits and flatten them gently to form a heart shape
Layer a plate or small pan with parchment paper to place the coated dates on top of
Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in 30-second increments in the microwave until smooth. Using a fork, dip each date into the melted chocolate to coat it fully, then let any excess chocolate drip through the fork. Place the coated dates on your parchment lined plate
Top each one with the crushed freeze-dried berries, nuts and flakey salt
Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to harden. Keep stored in the fridge for up to 3 weeks
