Combine the egg, sugar, butter and vanilla in a bowl and whisk well for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
Add in the almond flour, oat flour, baking soda and salt and mix together until a dough forms.
Fold in the chocolate chips and chocolate candies.
Line a medium baking dish (about 10u0022 by 7u0022) with parchment paper, and flatten the cookie mixture evenly. Top with a few extra pieces of chocolate candies.
Bake for 18 minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool and slice into squares.
Keep stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
