Ingredients

large spotty banana

egg yolk

spelt flour (you can substitute oat flour or all-purpose)

almond flour

non-dairy milk

pure maple syrup

melted oil, I used coconut

vanilla extract

Optional mix ins:

Directions
Mash the banana and whisk it together in a small bowl with the egg yolk, maple syrup, almond milk vanilla and oil.
Add in the dry ingredients, and stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
Grease your microwave safe mug or ramekin, and pour batter in.
Microwave for 1 minute, then an additional 30 seconds.
