Preheat oven to 375 F.
Cut the cauliflower into florets. Dip each floret into the whisked egg and then into the breadcrumbs.
Line them up on a parchment lined baking dish and spray each one with cooking spray. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
In a medium sized saucepan, add in BBQ sauce ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 8-10 minutes until thick, stirring occasionally.
Once cauliflower is ready, pour into the saucepan and toss together until fully mixed.
If you prefer a crunchier popper, you can serve the sauce on the side as a dip!
- Any breadcrumb or coating will work in place of Panko.
- To save time, feel free to pair these with your favorite store bought sauce of choice!
