Preheat your oven to 350 F
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, milk vanilla and oil.
Pour in the oats, oat flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and mix together until well combined.
Fold in the blueberries and mix well. Line a medium sized baking dish, about 11u0022 x 7u0022, with parchment paper and pour the batter into the pan.
Add some extra blueberries to the top of the batter, and sprinkle 1 tsp of coconut sugar over the top (optional)
Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes, remove the bars from the pan and slice into 12 squares.
Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months. Warm in microwave or oven when ready to serve.
