1/4cupcoconut oil. Use refined oil for a neutral taste

2medjool datesfinely chopped

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 F
Squeeze the liquid out of the grated apple, then add it to a large bowl with the eggs, oil, applesauce, honey, vanilla and cinnamon.
Add in the oat flour, almond flour and baking powder and whisk until smooth.
Grease an 8" baking pan and pour the batter into the pan. If your round pans are larger than 8", I suggest baking this in a 5"x9" loaf pan for best results.
Top with the chopped dates and almonds. Bake for 30 minutes until the top if firm to touch.
