One-pan Dumplings
These one-pan dumplings are my new favorite side dish. Ready in just 30 minutes, they pack in so much delicious flavor and can be made with so many different varieties of dumplings.
The sauce is made from canned coconut milk, Thai red curry, soy sauce and a few other pantry ingredients. Frozen dumplings get placed in the pan with the sauce, then baked for about 25 minutes until soft. Everything gets drizzled with some chili crunch oil, then topped with cilantro, scallions and sesame seeds.
Serve these with some sauteed vegetables and chicken or salmon for a delicious, well-rounded weeknight dinner.

A few months ago I saw Danielle from HealthyGirlKitchen share this recipe and knew right away I had to try it. The sauce is a thai red curry sauce made with coconut milk, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and rice vinegar.
It’s such a good sauce for dumplings, but I also love it with salmon like in my Coconut Curry Salmon.

Ingredients you’ll need
Here’s what you’ll need to make this simple recipe-
- Frozen dumplings– I used vegetable gyoza. Any variety of frozen dumplings will work in this recipe
- Full-fat coconut milk– You’ll need one can of coconut milk for this recipe. I always prefer full-fat coconut milk for a rich, creamy sauce.
- Thai red curry paste
- Low-sodium soy sauce– or substitute coconut aminos
- Garlic + ginger– I like to use the frozen cubes
- Rice vinegar
- Sesame oil
- Pinch of salt
- Toppings– chili crunch, cilantro, scallions, toasted sesame seeds

- Add all of the sauce ingredients to a large braiser pan or baking dish. Whisk together until smooth
- Place the frozen dumplings into the sauce. Cover the pan and bake on 375 F for 20 minutes, then bake uncovered for 5 minutes
- Once ready, top with chili crunch, cilantro, scallions and sesame seeds

This recipe comes together so easily with minimal clean up. I cooked this dish in my 3 1/2-Qt. braiser. It’s one of my go-to pans for cooking creamy sauces or one-pan dishes.
