This honey ginger orange salmon is so full of flavor and easy to make! The glaze is made with
Florida OJ, and has the perfect combination of zest and sweetness. This recipe was made in partnership with Florida Orange Juice , but all opinions are my own.

I’m always on the hunt for new marinades for my salmon. I love combining sweet and savory
flavors, and always love a little zest on my fish. The delicious honey ginger glaze takes 5 minutes
to make, and can be used as a marinade for vegan proteins as well, like tofu! Plus, it contains
the beneficial nutrients found in Florida OJ!
It’s made with Florida Orange Juice, honey, ginger, garlic, coconut aminos and a few other
pantry staples.

Growing up, we used a lot of pre-made sauces and marinades in our cooking that were high in
sugar, so I love to get creative and make my own versions when I cook. Using Florida OJ

What you’ll need to make Honey Ginger Orange Salmon:
- Salmon fillets, about 6
- Florida Orange Juice
- Fresh orange slices
- Honey
- Coconut Aminos
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Olive oil
- Tapioca flour
- Salt & pepper
Whisk together the marinade ingredients, and pour it over your salmon fillets. The longer the
fish marinates in the fridge, the better it tastes! You can prep this in the morning, and bake it
closer to dinner time.
I love to serve this dish with brown rice and a simple kale salad.

Honey Ginger Orange Salmon with Florida OJ
Ingredients
- 2 lbs salmon, or about 6 individual fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil, to drizzle
- Salt & pepper
- 1 orange, sliced
Honey Ginger Orange Glaze
- 1 cup Florida Orange Juice
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 3 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup coconut aminos
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- ¾ tsp salt
- 2 tsp tapioca flour
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400 F.
- Pat your salmon dry, place it onto a deep baking dish or sheet pan and season with salt & pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all of the glaze ingredients, using only 1 tsp of tapioca flour. You’ll add the last tsp before broiling.
- Pour the sauce over the salmon, then drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes if using individual fillets, and about 18-22 minutes for a larger piece of salmon. .
- Remove from oven and whisk the last tsp of tapioca flour into the sides of the baking dish directly into the sauce. This will help thicken the sauce while it broils. Spoon some of the sauce onto the salmon
- Set your oven to broil, and place the salmon back in for 3-4 minutes. Once finished, spoon the sauce over the salmon and serve fresh with your choice of sides.



I tried this recipe because I had a little leftover orange juice and zest in my fridge, and I’m so happy I did! The glaze was absolutely fantastic and so easy!
