- Salmon fillets- one large piece, or 4-6 smaller fillets
- Honey
- Fresh or dry dill
- Dijon mustard
- Garlic

Instructions
Prep the marinade

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillet or 6 individual fillets
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill or 1 tsp dry dill
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- Juice from 1/2 a lemon
- Salt & pepper
Directions
