We are days away from the Jewish holiday of Shavuot, which celebrates the giving of the Torah to the Jewish people on Mt. Sinai. It’s tradition to eat dairy foods throughout this holiday, including cheesecakes, cheesy dips/spread, fresh & vibrant salads, fish and tons of other vegetarian/pescatarian dishes. I rounded up a few of my favorite Shavuot recipes that are perfect for the holiday, but can also serve as dinner inspiration for the week.
While this holiday will be small with just my husband and I, I always try to put together recipes that are vibrant and made with fresh flavors. These colorful recipes are not only nourishing, but are easy to whip up and are so full of flavor. They’re perfect for all of you dairy lovers who need new meal ideas!
