I’ll admit, through all of my years of celebrating Thanksgiving, I don’t think I’ve ever had a classic thanksgiving meal. Partly because we keep a kosher house and don’t mix meat with dairy foods, but also because I love bringing new dishes to the table.

These non-traditional Thanksgiving recipes use seasonal vegetables and are some of my fall favorites. They’ll bring new flavors to your holiday table, while still offering that cozy, holiday dinner feel.
